UI Action - The button should be able to take the phone number of caller and initiate an iframe

I have created the button and named as call.

This button should be able to take the phone number of caller from incident and initiate an iframe.

how to achieve this.

Can you elaborate the use case properly, like on click of button will it open modal etc..

Yes Sure Haseeb,

 

In service operation workspace --incident record --i created the button as call through ui action ref above screen shot.

Now i wanted to know that when the user clicks that call button it should be able to take the phone number of caller from incident record and initiate an iframe.
