Hi Team,
What are the possible reasons UI Actions can be hidden in a Workspace form?
Here’s the scenario:
When users navigate to an approval record in Service Operations Workspace, the Save and Delete buttons are hidden. Interestingly, this happens even for users with elevated roles (including the main role).
The challenge is that this behavior occurs only in a higher instance, while in lower instances the buttons are still visible with the same configurations and ACLs.
Could anyone suggest how to debug this issue or share common causes for UI Actions not appearing in Workspaces?

Thank you very much in advance

this is for the approval record i.e. sysapproval_approver?
If yes then definitely some access issue.
but since you are saying even with Admin same issue is there, better to raise a case with ServiceNow.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar,
We have also raised this case with ServiceNow, however, the issue remains unresolved. Even users with the maint role are unable to see the button and are not in a position to address the problem
Thank you

We as community members cannot help much as we don't have access to your instance.
I will suggest let ServiceNow team debug this as that's what their job is and that's what they are paid for when you raise case.
