Unable to delete duplicated Activity Definition due to "Read-only" Protection Policy

By mistake, I duplicated the default "Questionnaire" Activity Definition using "Insert and Stay".

Unfortunately, the new record inherited the "Read-only" Protection Policy from the original.

When I try to access the duplicated record, I see the warning:
"This item is read-only based on its protection policy."
As expected, I’m also unable to delete it.

NOTE: I checked the applicable Access Controls (ACLs) on the sys_pd_activity_definition table, including those of type "delete", but they are also set to read-only, so I can’t modify them either.

Is there any way to remove this duplicated "Activity definition" I created by error?

Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

I found the ServiceNow article where it explains that only they can bypass the protection policy and delete the record: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0787466

"The 'Insert and Stay' UI Action must NOT be used as it will create a copy of the file and including its protection policy preventing you from further customizing it or even deleting it. If that happens, this duplicate file will need to be removed by ServiceNow."
