Hi All,
I am configuring our Walk-up Experience audio notification, however upon testing we noticed that the audio notification is being played twice when the user entered the queue and when they are in "Now serving" or when the interaction has been accepted by an agent. I set the audio notification fields like this:
I would like to seek help and expertise on how I can configure the audio notification to play only when the user checks in or only when they entered the queue.
Note: I also tried setting the Audio Playback to "On-site" only but also got the same behavior (audio notif playing twice). Thanks.
