Hello,
I am trying to create a new Workspace View Rule for our new custom CI Class to be used in SOW.
However, the UI View mandatory field is not returning any result ( no matter in which application scope I am. e.g. Global, SOW Core, CMDB Workspace, Agent Workspace, etc.). FYI, there are more than three UI View exists for this CI Class.
Following the article below, I have ensure that UX View Rules Configuration, UX Page Registry, UX Page Properties (viewRuleConfigId) is all configured correctly.

Am I missing anything here? Does the UI Views need to be created is specific application scope?
Thanks in advance.

The reference qualifier is the same as yours. And, I am in developer instance with admin access. The view is not hidden too.
Even after clearing the cache, logout then login again, the View field in WS View Rule is still empty.
Any idea?
Thanks a lot.

Hello, I am experiencing the exact same issue. I'll also note that in the "Workspace" reference list, only the Agent Workspace is visible. Please let me know if you find a solution @Siti Nur Hidaya !

Hello @timothymcdo ,
Sorry for the late reply. Just wanted to share the solution that I have found in KB1700733 (using my Hi access account) and it works for me.
KB1700733
Issue
Upon creating workspace view rules with any OOB tables, the existing views are not being displayed, and which displays as empty
Release
All releases
Resolution
To fix the issue, implement below steps on the instance.
1. In the Workspace view rules, Navigate to the Dictionary entry for the 'view' field
2. Remove the dependent field 'table' from the Dictionary entry for the reference field.
3. Save the changes.
Note: The reference qualifier will still work as expected after removing the dependent field 'table'.
