How to modify the ticket details

hi i have problem figure out how to do this.

after i rise a ticket on service portal, its a pear a widget at the left  with the ticket details, but i want to add some fields but i dont know were to modify it

thanks but i have a problem that the widget thta i want to modify is a custom one, but i dont know how found it to modify
