Service Portal Widget Creation Assistance Required

Hi.

Hi all I am after a little help!

Our guest WiFi Status historically we have updated the widget shown in the attachment with the password weekly for users to see when visiting our service portal. Visitor access to the WiFI has been updated recently whereby a QR is now scanned by our visitors instead of the traditional method.

We therefore would like to update the widget in the same format as the current widget (attached) but with the QR showing and a text and header similar to the current banner and header.
We would like the Banner to read 'Visitor WiFI Access' instead of 'Guest Wi-fi Password' and the accompanying text Join the visitor WiFi by scanning the QR code or selecting xxxx from your WiFi list.

I have tried everything but struggling for the life of me to get this set up correctly and any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @Nick124 - This is cool! I love the use-case.

I understand you are trying to accomplish this on your own, and I'm sure you can. However, if you're looking for an 'easy button' to get this done quickly, or if you have other uses for QR/Barcodes elsewhere in ServiceNow, Yansa Labs publishes a great app on the ServiceNow Store for just this type of use-case. Feel free to check it out.
