Hi Lisa,

Nice feature for ATF in Tokyo!

Followed this video I tried out in our instance, I can select the Cloud Runner while I'm running my test, but failed with this error: Cancelled due to cloud user not being set

I tried to set for the cloud runner, but no user is can be selected. What else configuration I'm missing here? Could you help? Many thanks.

@Community Alums,

I would recommend putting in a case with Support if it is not letting you select the user.

Test Generator: Attempting to narrow the scope and output of the generated tests. Last attempt created twenty Incident module tests of around 160 steps each. It appears to be 20 versions of the same test one for each test ID. Is there a way to have the generator run per table and only include one ID per role required (for example in Change, an ITIL ID user group member, an ITIL ID not a group member(for negative testing), a Change Manager and the L4 and L5 managers only (for higher level approvals when required)? Or for incident an ITIL ID for Creation, an ITIL ID for Assignment Group member and an Incident Manager for any required testing? I know this is specific but if I run the generator wide open even against a single table I will have a very long running batch job in DEV that will create many many duplicate Tests that will be of no use. Just hoping to narrow the scope. Please let me know if anyone has approached this subject successfully.

Not at the moment, those instances run in another loadbalancer configuration.
