I have a flow that calls an external API and I have defined a set of inputs for the action. I am attempting to map the characteristics within the service order to these inputs. I have set up a look up record for each characteristic and individually mapped them but the look up record for the first characteristic fails with “no record found” although the characteristic is present in the service order. What is the best practice to accomplish this task? I would like to use configuration without custom scripts. Thanks
