Add a contract-level KPI for suppliers from the Source-to-Pay Workspace

Hello Community, 

I need to confirm whether it is possible to have both active and expired contracts available for selection when adding a contract-level KPI for suppliers from the Source-to-Pay Workspace.

Currently, only active contracts are available for selection.

Hi @Amina El hadad ,

By default in ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) Workspace, when adding a Contract-level KPI for a supplier, the contract reference field typically filters to Active contracts only. This is standard behavior to prevent KPIs from being associated with contracts that are no longer valid.

If your requirement is to allow both Active and Expired contracts to be selected, you need to verify how the reference field is filtered.
