Is it possible to add a message each time a User accesses ServiceNow? I would like a message that alerts users to only use IE vs Chrome. Any ideas?

Hi Lisa,
How about put it on the login screen to give them warning BEFORE they login rather than "reprimand" them after they do it?
Consider going to System UI> Welcome Page Content and updating one of the active records there to display your disclaimer.

Since we have Single Signon, they never actually 'log into' the system. It logs in form them an normally goes to their desired homepage.

Ah, good to know. Do you send them to a self-service portal or leave them at the main login page?
Also, do you want this to appear every time they login (which can get a bit annoying) or a one time (like a terms and conditions screen)? In which case, this might be helpful: Login Terms and Conditions Dialog - ServiceNow Guru
