Add Interaction Types in Agent Workspace

Is there a way to manually add interaction types in Agent Workspaces?

This is just a choice in Sys_choice.  You can navigate to sys_choice.list and filter on the interaction table to see the choices for "Type".  I would be careful adding choices and understanding the OOTB choices which also include phone and walkup, and maybe others in the future as you dd additional modules.
