Adding sn_customerservice_task to Data Driven Visual Task Board (VTB)

Dear community,

 

I am not able to create Data Driven Visual Task Board for sn_customerservice_task, as it is not available to be selected from the choices.

And if you do it the other way around? Go to the case task list and select 'show virtual taskboard'?
I just checked on an OOB instance and I had the possibility to select the Case Task from the overview you are showing, but I'm not sure why it's not there with you.
