Agent Workspace Work Notes default

Hello,

How do you change the default within the Agent Workspace platform for "Activity - Respond via", from "Additional comments (customer visible)" to "Work notes"?

Hi @Winnie Poelima.

In that case Configure -> Form Layout (Incident Workspace view). PFB the snapshot:

And move Work Notes above the Additional comments.

Then in workspace it will show work notes as default. It worked for me, you also try and confirm.

Hi Mahesh,

 

I tried this but got below error:- 

Execute operation on script include 'ManyToManyChecker' from scope 'Service Catalog - Service Workspace' was denied. The application 'Service Catalog - Service Workspace' must declare a cross scope access privilege. Please contact the application author to update their privilege requests.

Can you please hep me in fixing this.

 

I am trying to add additional comments & assignment group on catalog task form in Workspace view.

It is strange that you're getting error.

I just tried when I saw your reply and I was able to add.

Can you try checking if you were in proper application.

It will work, just take care of the proper scope/application.
