Ai Control Tower AI Discovery Configuration

Hi Im Andres I am a servicenow developer and I am trying to implement AI Control Tower in my organization but the documentation is lack of contex, some instructions arent clear, im trying to create the credential and connection but in the connection the only instruction is

Does some body know what Connection url do I need to set for amazon bedrock Ai Discovery to work?, cause for all my connection trys, Ai discovery always says that is correct and the las discovery was succesful but doesnt bring any information.

Hi,

I am experiencing the same issue on Azure. Could someone from ServiceNow product team, please provide examples of the connection URL field and indicate where we can find it for both Azure and AWS?

 

Suggestions for the Product Team:

  1. The documentation should be comprehensive, including detailed steps, relevant information, examples, and screenshots wherever possible.

  2. Integrate the NowAssist AI Agent into all documentation and help pages, as well as within all forms in the ServiceNow product, to facilitate quick troubleshooting and information retrieval.

  3. There should be an option to test the connection directly on the HTTP Connection Form when configuring the connection details.
