Hi Everyone,
I have an issue where HR admin is not able to see all the HR Cases Records when Group by is applied on HR Service field.
HR Admin can access the particular HR case, HR Service, Record Producer everything but when we apply group by filter its not showing up.
I Created the Record Producer on Human Resources Core Scope instead of Employee Center Core Scope this caused cross scope issue when using in Reports. i was able to fix it by creating ACL in HR core scope to grant access to that Record Producer while using it in reports.
I need your help to know if there are any restrictions when we are using Group By feature on List view.
