Analyzer Permission Bug??

Why is that when i check on my analyzer permission it says passed but when i check on the table or on the related list it doesnt. Since ACL Create is for the button New to be viewed?
inside my create acl is only a custom role i added in which i would likely to make is when i have this role i should create a demand task and customize wherein the given scenarios is that i cannot create a oob demand task but i can create a custom demand task that depends on which views should i be on my current.

are you sure you are looking at the correct ACL which is passed? scroll to right and see which is passed and which blocked
