Anyone incorporated screen pop integration with Cisco Jabber CTI for IVR integration?

We are using CSM workspace and want to be able to screen pop a specific case or a tab within a case without opening a new tab. Also, based on certain triggers, can we remotely pop open a tab within the workspace for an existing case?

@nkaushik I can not speak for Cisco Jabber but I can confirm the use case you highlighted is feasible...certainly the pop-open of an existing Case (this is a common deliverable by 3CLogic). Have you considered using Interactions that can be associated to existing Cases for incoming calls or create new ones depending on the criteria. Interactions are commonly used to avoid creating a Case on every call, in the event one is not necessary, but still track all call interactions.
