Hi All,

I receive the same error while working on a lab instances as below and thought to share.

I am following the https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0960297

Step 1. Navigate to App Engine Studio > Configuration > Pipeline

Step 2. We need to create a pipeline record

Step 3. In order to save the record we need "Source Environment".

Step 4. In order to create the Source Environment we need the following details

The instance URL you can copy from the URL above.

The instance ID will auto populate once you validate the Source Environment also you can navigate to stats.do and then you able to see the instance details.

Step 5. We also need to create a Connection & Credential Alias for authentication. I used Credential as I was working on a lab instance.

use these to configure the pipeline

1. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-application-development/page/build/pipelines-and-deployment...

2. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-application-development/page/build/pipelines-and-deployment...

 3. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-application-development/page/build/pipelines-and-dep...

We need to create a test and prod instance Credential & connection alias and then it will work.

Regards,

Tabassum Sultana

Hello, I tried to follow the steps above.  What do you mean by "copy above instance url"? are you referring to that url you entered? or should it be the url of the pdi instance?
