ATF - Clicking a button on a pop up window

In ATF I'm trying to create a test that will run through an Incident being Proposed as a Major Incident then Promoted. I am stuck at the point where I can't find the "Promote" button like in the picture below. I'm using a "Click Modal Button" but unsure of the UI Page and Button ID.
