ATF Script failure in Zurich

Hi Team,

Currently we are experiencing ATF Scripts failures (around 37%) related to Custom UI and Page inspector.

Custom UI has been working for us since Washington release and  post Zurich upgrade these scripts are failing.

 

More importantly, the release notes does not provide any details around ATF features that are deprecated.

 

I would like to how whether SN ATF is the right tool for Platform upgrades?

Not sure how many customers out there are using ATF for platform upgrade testing?

Are there any alternate tools that we can use including Playwright?

Any insights on how many customers have reported similar ATF script failure issues in Zurich?

Hi Ateek,

 

We at Smurfitwestrock are having the same problems since Zurich. As the responsible test manager I build a regression suite with 93 test scripts. We run this suite after every clone, release and upgrade.

 

Since Zurich I am not able to run my regression suite via the client runner. While running via cloud runner is inconsistent.
