Audit History not showing data until I click on refresh button

Hi
I have enabled auditing for a table in custom application and I am not able to see the Audit history until I click on refresh button.
This is happening for every record. Is there any way that audit history populates automatically without refresh button.
Please suggest

please see below screenshot. it is not showing any records in audit history. if i click on refresh button then the records would display.

Works correctly.
Also ask yourself, should that be populated automatically? Because that can have some performance impact depending on your use case
