Based on Employment End Date value send 7 days notification and 15 Days notification

Notifications need to be generated for the Line Manager based on the employee's Employment End Date from the General Leaver Request catalog item.

Notification Requirements

Reminder 1 - 15-Day Window

Send a notification when the employee has between 15 and 8 days remaining before the Employment End Date.

Example:

Employment End Date Current Date Days Remaining Action
30-Aug-202617-Aug-202613Send 15-Day Reminder

Reminder 2 - 7-Day Window

Send a notification when the employee has between 7 and 1 days remaining before the Employment End Date.

Example:

Employment End Date Current Date Days Remaining Action

Hi Ankur Bawiskar,

For this requirement, I created two new events and two notifications. In the notifications, I configured one notification to use the 7-day event and another notification to use the 15-day event.

I also created a Scheduled Script and added the script shown in the screenshot. After that, I raised an SR and selected an Employment End Date within the 7-day timeframe. However, when I checked the Email Logs, I noticed that the 7-day notification was not triggered.
