Blank page after submitting service catalog

Upon submitting a service catalog item, I'm getting a blank page with no results. Other users in the system (Dev environment) have been able to submit without any issue.

Upon opening the browser's console I see this message: "Unloaded table does not match current table".

The current version we have is Geneva.

We're seeing this issue as well with a specific user and are scratching our heads. Were you able to solve this in your case?
