We have 5 child organisation and one parent organisation all of them has same kind of business unit and department as in Finance and HR will be there in all the organisation.
how to map the structure ??

You can use the parent-child relationship between Parent BU and Child BU. For others, you can use a naming convention like ParentName_Child to help track the relationships. I think this naming convention is a feasible solution.
