Can not inactive Scheduled Data Import in ServiceNow.

Hello,

 

I have created 2 same scheduled data import by mistakeas below.

And I want to change the active to false for run Daily but I can not update any field and will show the following error. (Also can not delete the record)

Does any one know how I can update the record to false or delete the schedule data import record?

Hi,
You should check if there is any business rule present in your instance that is aborting the action.

I have checked the business rule as below but looks don't have aborting action in the scheduled data import table.

can you please search within script that contains "abort".

@CHEN CHEN2 There might be progress worker associated with the scheduled import job. First cancel it and then try to deactivate it.

 

Navigate to "System Import Sets > Advanced > Progress"

  1. Open the Progress Worker that you must cancel.
  2. Click the Cancel job related link.
