Can't see Universal Request role sn_uni_req.routing_agent

Hello, I have installed all the Universal Request plugins on my PDI. Following hte guided setup, I should grant a group with the role sn_uni_req.routing_agent. Problem is that I can't see the role, even elevating my role as Security admin. I have tried to create the role, in the case for some reason it wasn't there, but I couldn't because there was already a role created with the same name.

 

Could someone please assist me?

I had the same problem and resolved it by first repairing the application (please check in with your customer and repair it outside of business hours). After that, I just logged out (including clearing my browsers cache, not required but helpful against other caching problems) and then logging in again.

Et voila, the roles were available.
