Can't test connections

Hello SN Fam,

After installing the Workday HR Spoke plugin, I realized that the module lacked a user setup guide. I followed the documentation to create all the necessary credentials for Workday, but I'm unable to test the connection under Connections & Credentials > Connections. Has anyone had experience integrating Workday with ServiceNow?

Hey Chris, try going to All > IntegrationHub > Connections & Credentials > Connections & Credentials Aliases and find the related record. Under the related list "Connections", find the connection record and under the Credential column click on the reference record. Within this credential record, you should be able to find "Test Credential" under related link. If this related link is missing and you are using OAuth, you will instead see a "Get OAuth Token" link. I hope this helps.

Hello Oscar, thank you for your response. We used Basic Authentication for our credentials, but I don’t see the UI actions under related links to test them. I currently have admin access and all the necessary roles for Workday HR Spoke.

Are you trying this in PDI or a client instance? What error are you getting?
