Can we discover an appliance which is hosted on Azure and doesn't have SSH enabled?

Hi All,

 

I'm working in Discovering an appliance hosted on Azure and it doesn't have SSH enabled. It is accessible only through a portal and used by only one user. Can we discover that appliance using Azure Discovery?
