Are you able to talk me through how to attach a Template to a Survey I am not seeing any options.

Thanks for sharing the link. I go through the link and @Mike_R did not mentioned how to add Template to survey. 😞

Need to wait for @Mike_R or log a now support case.

I tried to use the OOTB template but no success.
