Is it possible to preserve plugins after a clone to easily reapply the plugins to non-prods?
Thank you!

No, you can't preserve plugins after clone.
But, the way service now do clones we do a restore of the source instance over a new database, after the clone you will need to activate the plugins again or request them via HI if required.

Hi there,
You could write a Post cleanup script, to automatically install the plugin again. Could you describe your need a bit more? With some scripting, you could preserve plugins and data on a non-production environment.
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
Kind regards,
Mark
