Cant we use Predictive Intelligence in PDI ?

Hi,

I am using Paris version instance, i am trying to Trian the incidents but i am getting Training request timed out ?

Which means we still dont have an option to build PI in personal instance ?

Hi folks,

One thing you can try is going into filter navigator>sys_properties.list and changing the 

glide.shared_service_scheduler.url property.    In the value box enter

https://sncmlscheduler.service-now.com

In previous releases the PDIs would automatically set the glide.shared_service_scheduler.url which allows the PDI to connect to the PI training & prediction infrastructure, however that changed in Orlando.  If that property doesn't exist try to create it and add the value above.  If it says you need MAINT then that may be why the PDI's aren't connecting.

I'll double check with Predictive Intelligence Product Management if anything has changed on the Paris PDIs for customers.

Hi Amit, getting fuzzy answers I suspect we don't connect all PDI's to the Predictive Intelligence infrastructure.  Can you go to filter navigator > stats.do and let me know your airport code(see below) and send it to me at lener.pacania@servicenow.com.

As an alternative, we've hooked up the NowLearning lab K20 PI lab "Accelerate Incident Resolution with Predictive Intelligence" back to the predictive intelligence infrastructure.  You have full admin rights to that instance and you can do some testing.
