Hi Team,

How to configure additional fields in HR workspace case creation? Few fields like opened for description are getting disappeared and not sure why its happening.

@aneta_koleva , Its still using default view and we have all the fields in default view. On load we must see COE, Service, description, opened for, affected employee fields. Its strange its coming after selection of COE not on load. Also for few COE even those are not getting displayed.

It comes from this OOTB page "Case Creation Page 2.0"

I copied that and here you see different fields and you can see how they are configured and add your field

yes @Ankur Bawiskar , But we didn't touch UI builder or made any changes. Just  used OOB as such. So there is no issue with UI builder.
