Case is created with channel as web and Transfer to agent as false

Hey all,
I have a requirement to when a case is created with channel as web and Transfer to agent as false, it should wait for 24 hours. After the time is reached it should check the created and updated time, if it's greater than equal to 24 hours resolve the case else wait for another 24 hours from the updated time. This should run in a loop. The flow should end if the Transfer to agent becomes true.

why are you willing to run it in loop?
You simply wait till that time and close the case as per your requirement
