Catalog Builder Dynamic Behaviors Don't Save

I’m encountering an issue when editing a catalog item in Catalog Builder. When I set or edit dynamic behaviors for the questions, they don’t save. There aren't any errors, but the changes aren't kept. I’ve encountered this issue before and I believe I had to make a new catalog item from scratch to resolve it. In this case, the actions don’t save but the conditions do, but I've seen it be the reverse or even both before. I tried searching online for others having this issue in case I was making an error I wasn’t familiar with, but I couldn’t seem to find anything. I'd prefer not to throw away all this work if anyone has any experience with this.

I have this issue now, about to raise a Now case.  When using a dymanic reference qualifier in the variable in catalog builder the values are randomly lost

Did you ever get a resolution on this?  Experiencing the same issue on Vancouver.
