Hi,
I have several items in the Service Catalog with their Delivery time set (for example, 14 days).
Each item uses a Flow Designer Flow, and the flow has stages configured with the corresponding days.
I’m not using workflows or execution plans.
The issue is that when I order the item from the Employee Center, it always shows “Delivery Time: 2 Days”, no matter what value is actually configured on the catalog item.

Hi @Alexandrac1420,
go to Maintain items and check for the value defined per items or create a new one (no need to save it) but you will see the default value prepopulated there.
As debugging, you can try to create a dummy item with different value than 2 days and save it. You will see if it will be changed afterwards, if so there might be some onAfter database override..
Let me know what you found
