Change Management - Issue with Adding of normal changes list to CAB meeting/schedules

Normal change - CHGXXXXXXX with planned start and end date - 06/03/24

 

We have CAB meetings on every thursday of the week. Basically, when a normal change created just before 2 days(tuesday- 27/02/24)  it should not reflect on the same week CAB meeting(thursady - 29/02/24). And, the change should only add to CAB meeting of next week meetings schedule(07/03/24).

 

Our clinet is concerning about this, Please let me know where correction required for this.

How you are creating the CAB agenda?

 Are you using the CAB workbench for same? If yes, that you need to modify the CAB agenda condition which state 

create not in yesterday or somthing.
