i provided dashboard_admin and pa_admin role to user still having same issue , please suggest how can user able to see the element data on dashboard 

On performance analytics workspace dashboards , i want the show the incidents with last 4 hrs , 8hrs and 12 hrs.OOB , i could see last 1 hr and last 3 hrs .. how can i add those in calender to filter accordingly .
