Change order of search result output cards in virtual agent

Hello everyone,

we have a requirement to change the order of output we are getting as carousal in virtual agent. we want to show now assist summary card (of knowledge article), then catalog and other cards.

We want below given card to appear first, then others.

I'm also trying to achieve the same outcome — prioritizing the Now Assist summary card before catalog and other results in the carousel. Were you able to find a solution for this?

This ordering is handled by one of the OOB script include, you can take help from servienow support to get this modification done on the script include.
