Hi,
I need to change the domain of a knowledge base and all its associated articles, categories, and sub-categories. When I change the domain for the knowledge base itself, the associated items don’t update automatically.
Is there an efficient way to accomplish this?
I was considering using a background script to loop through all related records and update the domain, but I’m hoping there’s a simpler or more efficient solution.
