Chats not working in engagement messenger.

Hi Comunity,

I want to configure engagement messenger on my instance, but when I try to start a chat, it is not showing up, in multiple browsers.

Am I doing a configuration error?

Hi Hasan,

You will have to add CORS Rules and HTTP response headers in Engagement Messenger config to let the page load.

In addition to that, I believe you will have to designate the VA UI page as a public page.

I'm getting the same error within the ServiceNow portal. Should I enable CORS and HTTP response header for the service portal as well?

Yes, you will have to white-list the base URL of the instance for it to load on EM
