How can I make sure that my instance is hosted on Could or On-Premise? I am sure that it is on could since I have recently requested for an upgrade and Hi team has done that which is possible only in case of could hosted instances and for on-premise instances, customer has to do upgrade activity by themselves. But still I a want to make sure that I am on right direction. Is there any place on Hi or Instance which confirms whether it is hosted on could or on-premise?

Greetings smerugu28,
When you log into HI - you can see the instance information - Instances->manage instances -> you should see a list of the SN instances for that company, and the details of where they are provisioned. You can also see details by going to your instance and doing /stats.do - and it will tell you quite a bit about the node you are on, and it will be pretty apparent if you are cloud hosted or on premise.
All that is on top of, if you are on premise, it should be *VERY* known and apparent you are.

@ajbarnes Could you possibly include a screenshot of what fields you are referring to which would make it clear where an instance is provisioned? I looked in both places, as you suggested, and it was not obvious to me...
