CI relationship Editor

Hi every one.

I am facing issue with ci relationship editor. i have created read/write/create acl on cmdb_rel_ci table and read/write/create/edit_ci_relations on cmdb_ci_server. But user are facing issue with creating relationships like they are not able to see existing relationship in he relationship editor, and when they try to create any new relationship then the existing relation gets deleted although the new relation gets created. Please let me know how to get this fixed.

Can you show us your acls? That will help with troubleshooting. Also, are you able to reproduce the issue if you impersonate one of those users?

Configure Read ACLs on cmdb_rel_ci & cmdb_rel_type table for required roles.

Hi All,

I am also facing the same issue. Read ACLs are also configured on cmdb_rel_ci & cmdb_rel_type table with required roles.

Please let me know how you have fixed the issue.
