Clone failed with error

I received the following error in the clone log when trying to clone from prod to dev;   Node in charge of the clone is offline.   The email I received from ServiceNow for the Clone change request has the following error message:   Clone engine from backup has ownership of the clone request

Can anybody tell me what is going on and if there is a fix for these errors?   Thanks.

Hi Donna,



The error is misleading and we have an internal PRB for that. The clone thou should be successfully done, even if the change gives the error message.

Thank you for your information.   I was able to proceed forward with my work.   I also go a notice from an incident I submitted.   The PRB is PRB725955
