In Service Now,
We scheduled the clone two days ago and received the clone completion email. In the System Clones table, the state shows as "Completed", but the "% Complete" column shows only 97%. We also checked the clone logs, and there are no errors or warnings.

Hello yashkamde,
I would NOT consider that. Clone is incomplete and you should plan another one.
(You also can open an support case, but as the new clone will override the current instance, not sure they will have enough to investigate properly.
