Co-owner for Virtual Task Board

DeIvory Gordon1

I own a Virtual Task Board and I have shared it with other members.  I want to add a co-owner to the VTB so that we can both go in and make certain changes.  For example, I was out of the office and one of the VTB members wanted to change the name of the VTB, they had my permission, but could not change it because they are not the owner.  My question is can more than one person own a VTB and if so, how do I set this up?

Hi there,

No that's not possible. Only 1 board owner, that's it.

If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.

Hi Mark,

Your answer was on-point, although it's not the answer I wanted :(.  I'm hoping Service Now introduce this capability.  Seems to me like a single point of failure (having recently experienced something similar with just a single owner of a Teams channel suddenly leaving the organisation).  Although, it was possible to get the channel assigned to someone else having at lease one co-owner would have saved us time, loss of information and productivity.

Thank you.
