Collapse Lists on Agent Workspace by default

but it does say which table to choose for Agent Workspace Lists specifically and I could not find anything in the list with keywords like "agent, workspace, List"

Does anyone know how to do this?

You could create a user preference like below but if someone changes there, I think it will override this one.
