Community-How do I know a Template was used to create an Incident or Interaction in Agent Workspace?

Hello @Borsay Suah ,

I think when ever a incident is created by an interaction it gets associated with the incident and you ca fins that in the related records tab in the interaction record in the native view .

Hi Devatte, thank you for your swift reply. So there is a way to populate the interaction and Incident with a template in Agent Workspace, I need to know how can I tell if an interaction/incident was created using a template.
