Compose in Workspace

Hi,

In the Service Operation Workspace inside incident form  we have the 'Compose' OOB Section which contains two tabs: Comments and Work notes (Private).
When the user click on the Comments tab, you can see in small letter the sentence:
"Everyone can see this comment".

We want to add a different sentence when the user click on the Work notes(Private) tab, is there any way of doing this?
