Config URL for Exact match AI Search

Hi everyone!

I want to configure the URL for exact match. Currently, when I click on exact match, the page redirects to id=kb_article_view as shown in the image. However, I want it to redirect to id=kb_article.

Can you please share whare exactly you are searching for KB Article? Wich page/form/ui etc?

Is that component customized?

Can you reproduce same on PDI?

Due to using AI Search, I cannot simulate it on PDI.

You can try using page route map instead any customization.

Make sure to create record for CSM and default portals.
